The last two weeks have been rough going over here, with more service outages than we’re happy with. The good news is that usage has spiked considerably, so we’re adding capacity to handle your increased interest in our service.

Inputs Performance earlier today - 3AM-7AM PDT

Early this morning, we had input processing issues from approximately 3:00AM to 7:00AM.  Please make sure to reset your connections for tcp and udp inputs.

Inputs Update

The issue on the inputs started progressively at 07:15am and has been resolved at 12:20pm Pacific Time.  If you are on TCP or UDP inputs, please reset your connection if you are still not able to send data into Storm.

Inputs performance issue

Storm inputs are impacted : API, tcp/udp, forwarders.

The issue is under investigation.

Maintenance Complete

We have finished our maintenance.  Please follow this space for more updates.

Splunk Storm Maintenance STARTED - 8pm-11pm PDT Tuesday

Maintenance has started:
“Storm will be undergoing maintenance from 8pm-11pm PDT on Tuesday night.  We expect the Storm application to be offline and inputs to be reset during this time.”

STORM experienced a brief outage

Storm site was down during 5:15am to 5:26am earlier this morning. We are working on an emergency patch that will be deployed later to address this performance issue.

The site have been stabilized since 9:00am this morning. Please contact support team if you have any questions.

Storm Performance issue

We just had another brief performance issue on Storm site. Site is back in service at this moment, however the performance issue may continue to appear before the remediation is in place.

This morning’s availability issues are resolved. You might need to reconnect network inputs.

Intermittent availability

Storm experienced intermittent availability issue during 5:24am to 5:37am. All services are up now. We are investigating for the root cause.
